Classic

Olympics

Fantasia  :

For those who recognize the name, yes it is relative to Disney's Fantasia and 2000 Fantasia~
But overall, it's open to any fantasy-related ideas, like in legends and myths from Japan, the Native Americans, the Greeks, and fairytales, and etc. 

So, for example, you could draw Shadow and Amy as centaurs, mermaids, vampires, spirits, demons (you could look at Inuyasha for another example of that ), even dragons.

Classic  :

Basically, it's where you'll draw Shadow and Amy as black and white characters in a classical style - think of the 1920-30s cartoons were. Or the classic anime style of the 80s/90s. 

Olympics :

This theme probably explains itself if you watch the Olympics or play the Sonic and Mario Olympic Games. You can draw Shadow and Amy has a team or even competing against each other. And yes it ranges through all the Olympics, from the Winter to Summer. So you can do ice shaking, swimming, rhythmic gymnastics, any event that is in the Olympics.

Plus I think they'd be a lot of fun to do and it's a good variety for different ideas

If you plan to do a scary-related (Nightmare Before Christmas for example) PLEASE keep the gore/bloodiness to a minimum

Same goes with foul language, please beep out or just keep to a minimum, please

NO FETISH PLEASE

No nude

No recoloring/stealing drawings from others

AND NO sending hateful, disrespectful, and/or  guilt-tripping comments to any of the contesters

Ok, now into the details~

What I have in mind for prizes is something not what most would do - everyone who submits an entry will receive a prize.

There will be 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places for all 3 of the themes but I want all the contesters to know that they are all winners and that your efforts are appreciated. Because I know and understand that feeling of not winning any places but just honorary mentions without even given a comment from the contest judge. So I don't even know if I did well or not.

And so I will give each of the contesters a free traditionally full colored drawing of either a single character of theirs or a ShadAmy drawing they'd like me draw for them. 

I will be the only one judging - I know what I'm looking for   

Now before you ask - Traditional, Digital and Literature are allowed.

In writing, please only write in English. Just do your best in writing, I have friends who aren't the greatest with the English language but I understand their writing pretty well so don't feel too pressured about it having to be perfect. What matters is that you gave your best try

Same goes for all of you who will be drawing your entries - just do your very best and most importantly...Have fun~

Each of you can enter up to 3 entries per theme so all together you can do up to 9 entries if you want to.  

Yes, you can make an entry for all 3 themes. Each theme will have a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.

I know the feeling of getting so many ideas but I can only pick one so here you can explore your ideas and hopefully will allow you to have more fun and get really creative

Also...Let's keep this just with Shadow and Amy please~

The only additional characters I'll except in this contest will be fan-kids. Just for these 3. Maybe next time I'll widen the range of variety more but for now, let's not get too carried away  

Also, you can draw/describe Shadow and Amy in human, gijinka, kemonomimi form if you'd like as well~ 

AND YOU CAN REMAKE YOUR ENTRY AT ANY TIME. JUST LET ME KNOW

 

The contest begins now until the 8th of February of the year of 2020.

So you have plenty of time to think up ideas for your entries and do them. But if you ever feel you may need more time, don't be afraid to let me know.  

         

Prizes For All Three Themes

1st place - 1 year membership + ShadAmy full colored drawing + full colored traditional drawing

2nd place - 300 points + ShadAmy drawing + full colored traditional drawing of single character

3rd place - 100 points + Shadamy drawing + full colored traditional drawing of single character

Runners-up - choice of a ShadAmy drawing or a full colored traditional drawing of a single character
