Finally! For once I get to draw one of my Sonic characters. This is Julie the Leopard Seal. She was given to me by alienex1234 ~<3
She's martial arts fighter, and her strongest moves are her kicks such as Power Wave. It doesn't have any water evolved, but it has the power of a wave.
